By placing an order with CoolMix, you accept the terms below. These terms are set out for transparency and a better experience for you.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Prices are in toman and include tax. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be fully refunded.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time varies by shipping method and destination. An estimated date is shown at checkout. Delays caused by postal companies are beyond our control.
Cancellation and refunds
Before dispatch, an order can be cancelled with a full refund. After delivery, returns are not possible for food-safety and regulatory reasons. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact support right away and we will resolve it immediately.
Storage and consumption
Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Responsibility for improper storage after delivery rests with the buyer. We recommend consuming it before the date printed on the package.
Content ownership
All names, designs, and content of CoolMix belong to Aria Noosh Tabrid Company, and commercial use without permission is not allowed.
