What we collect
To process an order we collect your phone number, name, address, and postal code. If you submit the contact form we keep your name, email, phone, and the message text.
Why we keep it
We use this data only to fulfil your order, authenticate you with one-time codes, reply to your messages, and meet legal record-keeping requirements for retail sales.
Sharing with third parties
We share information with shipping partners (to deliver your order) and the bank payment gateway. We never sell or rent customer data to third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Order records are kept for up to five years to handle disputes and accounting requirements. One-time codes are stored as salted hashes, not in plain text.
Your rights
You can request deletion or correction of your data through the contact form or support email. We respond within seven business days.
