Order acceptance
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and a confirmation SMS is sent. If an item is unavailable or the price is wrong, support will contact you before the order ships.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Iranian toman and include VAT. Payment is taken through licensed bank gateways. CoolMix never stores your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Orders inside Tehran ship by courier; other provinces are sent by freight (cash on delivery for the freight fee). Delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships. Once delivered, items damaged in transit or not matching the order can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Limits of liability
CoolMix is not liable for outages of third-party services (payment gateway, shipping companies) or events of force majeure, but we always do our best to follow up on your behalf.
